that's a Plumeria tree... there's 2 in the front and three of them in the back. The others are coconut trees. There's about 14 of them in the front (including the big one there) and the wraparound deck on the sides and back is fully enclosed with coconut trees. Complete privacy. :)

this isn't a great shot, but you can sort of see the coconut enclosure through the sliders here... enough to get the idea anyway

yep... after 2 months of headaches and about 400 signatures later, it's finally a sealed deal. Tonight we can finally crack the champagne we've been saving and the special reserve beef jerky. :)

there's alot of other factors that go into living here though... the cost of living here is enormous. We have the highest gas prices in the US right now. Right around $2.30 a gallon for regular I think. Food and everything else is ridiculously expensive.
