Teddy Bear - This Is Shocking
 

This is absolutely shocking, make sure your not eating when you look at the third picture, alaska salmon fishing looks like it may be on the back burner for a while.

The following pictures are of a guy who works for the forest Service in Alaska. He was out deer hunting.

A large world record Grizzly charged him from about 50 yards away.

The guy unloaded a 7mm Mag Semi-auto into the bear and it dropped a few feet from him. The thing was still alive so he reloaded and capped it in the head.

It was over one thousand six hundred pounds, and 12' 6" high at the shoulder. It's a world record. The bear had killed a couple of other people.

Of course, the game department did not let him keep it.

Think about it. This thing on its hind legs could walk up to the average single story house and could look on the roof at eye level.

anyone that knows anything about those big ass bruins knows that you never and i repeat never shoot a bear in the head with a pistol..i dont care how powerful it is.. they have the most amazing thick skulls that have taken shotgun blasts up close and not phased them..it pings off their skulls.. you always aim for the neck..maybe the heart..
They are some scary motherfuckers up close thats for sure.

I only shoot something if its the last resort and is going to kill me.

Everyone carries a gun in alalska..lots of people there with some crazy bear attack scars... half faces, limbs missing, parts of heads missing.

My hubby hunts for food only (we need this for population control)..but i refuse to be OK with sport hunting..Bears are incredible creatures .

a moose can kill a grizzly by their huge ass horns... unless the bear can get a grip on both horns at the same time and snap its neck..

Half faces and heads missing? That'll tell me never to go to Alaska again.

That is scary shit.......

It was common place to run into people like that in Alaska..i was only there for ten days and we seen at least 4 folks with jaw bones missing alone. The other strange thing i noticed is there are no "old" folks...people die there from nature..not natural causes. I had an encounter on a hike with a fresh pile of grizzly shit with a paw print in it..the shit was still steaming. took me about one second to turn around and go back to the truck....i figured the Bear left it for me and was silently stalking me and letting me know its not my territory...i was scared shitless needless to say :helpme

I lived in Alaska for seven years and Moose scared me more then any bear did...for the simple fact moose are everywhere...and love to stomp ya.

And the third picture is definitely fake. Even if we pretend it has not been on steakandcheese, rotten, etc... for years, it still is not a mauled person. The flesh would have to be swallowed whole to acheive that effect. Bears chew their food.

hell yes they are.. funky little tid bit on why male moose are so fucking mean..they cant take a piss for several months (not real sure) a year till they mate ..this built up of toxic wastes in their body makes them fucking nuts and they will kill anything in site ...their temperment goes back to normal after they mate..Alaska is cromagnum and I love it!
