I think your better of finding webmasters in gambling specific niche...

I also think you'd be better of finding specific webmasters in this niche and going that route.. Visit some of the bigger gambling related sites and see what they offer/charge. For instance, TwoPlusTwo (a big and popular poker site) has their own advertising, you need to contact them here.. This seems to be how most of the bigger gambling-related sites do it.
