Wanted: Latin America based Web Designers
 

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone of you can recommend an incredible mainstream/vanilla designer that is based in Latin America.

Additionally they should have a strong knowledge of English, and be fluent/native in Spanish or Portuguese.

I am already aware of Yuu based in Argentina. Therefore I am looking for additional people to consider.
