Program to RECORD what I do on the screen?
 

I need a program I can use that will allow me to record ot mpg/avi or anything of the sort what I do on the screen/ what I see..

for example, it would film me click a link, show the pop ups, etc...

all I would see would be recoreded..

anything like that you guys know?>

There's also the Windows Media Encoder. THat'll do it too.. I just played with it but it's slow.. But I'm not running this on a top-end machine.
