Can you recommend a tier-1 hosting company

What I am looking for is a tier-1 provider with all the bells and whistles, for my colo server. I'm currently pulling about 25Mbps.
If you know of or operate a hosting company with ALL the following features, please spam me, or just reply to this post.

1. 24/7 live human phone support
2. 110% uptime
3. FAAAAAAST connections
4. Multiple backbones and peering arrangements
5. Operates their own datacenter

contact the guys at swiftco (see sig) They have most of that stuff, and if you need more, I'm sure they can hook you up with someone that can help you. They are currently a backbone in the northwest (CA, WA, and BC) pushing over 3 gigs.
