Wow, I didn't see this coming. I knew they had some problems but didn't see this.

If anyone is in a processing bind due to this, let me know if I can help out.

The site has been dead for 2-3 weeks. They declared bankruptcy in December or Early Jan i think

I have no sympathy for anyone that continued to bill with Zombaio after 2014.

Still sad ... some will have been hurt & they did originally try to be innovative...

Innovative? They had absolutely no functionality that every other biller in adult didn't have already for years. They had lower processing fee and no $500 visa fee - the scope of their innovation is that they were cheaper.

Any company dumb enough to choose a brand that is similar in spelling to the word zombie deserves to go out of business.

I wish they'd managed things better. Their merchant UX waa excellent, could have set a new standard. But that doesn't matter if they don't pay everyone.

I found it quite a step forward too...
And a company challenging the payment/fee structure would indeed be welcome too, if that is they were successful at it

not Epoch. their control panel, install process, and overall logic got shit out of a camel's ass...

I won't disagree with you about it being camel shit - but it's was fundamentally the same thing but laid out simpler

well i lost 3500 today. originally they owed me 5500 but paid some off. then didnt hear from 'jesper' or whoever with a solid answer for like 2 years. how much did you guys lose in the queue with them?
