with any US bank it's best to stay under the radar re: adult. choose a generic company name, don't use any adult profiles in your application description of biz activity
in my experience BoA fucking sucks. still waiting on new bank cards that were supposed to be delivered in November. takes half an hour to get through their automated system and then wait on hold for another 30 mins or so to speak to a real person - and that's on the biz line, not even general cs
also their sms system doesn't work in certain countries
had much better experience with BMO Harris
but yeah, whatever option you choose keep adult under the radar when dealing with US banks
Absolutely NOT. BOA will (and has) deleted entire accounts if they suspect your income comes from Adult. Same with Wells Fargo. Stick with Chase BUT name your business something generic with no reference to anything porn or Adult related.

It's really a YMMV situation. Wells Fargo has also been said to be OK with adult in previous threads and posts about this and Chase a few years ago went on a closing spree of porn industry accounts (lots of articles on this one).
Your other advice is solid: be generic and play it safe. On top of that I suggest having at least three bank accounts at totally different institutions (3-2-1 backup rule). Outside of First Entertainment, I don't know of any openly 'adult OK' banks in USA unless you're making pretty solid revenue each month (and even then, you'll be on the top of the risk pile).
Granted, it's from the previous administration and temporary on hold, but perhaps we may see a watered down version of this coming into being (my hope is we'd get something that's limited at least to banks provided basic services--what everyone in this thread is probably looking for--with other things like providing loans axed).

Good response, and yes also some great advice! I need to open some accounts in other banks too.
Thanks ALOT for all the feedback. Yes, I did set up the entity as a genaric media company & thinking of throwing up a simple landing pg. for any prying eyes. The site would be up under the MAIN company's umbrella as an owned site but basically this isn't: XXX.com owned by XXX, llc.
- I figure monthly transfers from my Payment Processor >> the bank every 2 wks. shouldn't cause any alarm until more $$$ starts rolling in, then I may need open up a 2nd or 3rd acct. I've heard the stories of Paypal seizing accounts and that is def. my main fear - so yes, low- profile will be my route. THX
You need bank in the US? Why do not use offshore banks in other GEOs?
I've been looking at an offshore setup in Cyprus (As I see other paysites either use Cyprus, BV or the Bahamas) and will be exploring that as well.
Not quite sure exactly how the tax structure will work but I've got a good accoutant I can chat with.

As said, multiple bank accounts and a generic company name are the first stop. Avoid working with companies that do contain explicit names. ... or use Bitcoin where possible. At some point your banks will want to see audits. Be prepared to explain in abstract ways.
