Is .Club domain OK for adult?

We're working on a new site and thinking of using a .club domain as it fits well with what the content is.
Can anyone see a problem with an adult site using this type of domain. For example (this isn't the name or the niche we're going to use, it's just an example) . . AssLovers.Club?

Id be more interested in what is going on upon the .com

Are you gonna be conflicting with (Per your example) AssLovers.com ?

purecharlie 01-29-2021 06:36 AM

Per our example, there isn't an asslovers.com in this instance. We've tried to buy the .com domain as a safeguard but got no response . . it's been owned for over a decade but never used.
Even if we could buy the .com we'd rather use the .club for our site as it fits the content perfectly. So you can't see any other problems?

Well I've done some curasary research regarding any restrictions on a .club tld, and I don't appear to see any...

I'll still defer to others on GFY who may know something that isn't immediately apparent to me, but in conclusion Id say 'Go for It' ! :)

why not?

Don't see any problem.

Quickly buy assloversclub.com (it's available). Some people will assume a .com and will type it in. You need to own the .com and redirect it to the .club domain.

Otherwise, I see no problems. I do what I just described for a .zone domain.

This is great advice. If you are planning on building a brand.

Thanks for the replies guys (and just to reiterate - asslovers.com is NOT the domain or even remotely close to the niche we are working on :1orglaugh it was an example only).

So, not clothedfemalenakedasses.club then?

I may have just wasted some money....

For SEO .club and any other extensions are the same.

But if you will gain traffic from photo/video watermarks and other type-in ways then go only with .com

It will work fine as mentioned type in traffic with right name.

club domains can work fine for seo , however if you have a domain
with decent sucess they might fuck you over and turn renewal fees from 10$ to 400$ at free will , without warning
this happend with a couple of my .club domains and there was nothing that i could do against it.
so no, .club no thank you sir
