Juicyads - can't login
I have publisher's account for more than six years. This morning, I tried to login and it says "incorrect password or user doesn't exist". I never changed password but I tried to reset it - password reset link is not my inbox even after 3-4 hours.
Did someone have similar issues these days? |
If you contact live support on the site they should be able to help you.

Yes, I did that, still waiting for situation to resolve, but it looks like they deleted my publisher account, I hope I'm wrong.

We do delete accounts that are inactive for many years, but those are usually accounts with no activity or balances.
That said, maybe you're using the wrong email address (or something) but you can reach out to me [email protected] and I can poke around if Live Support can't help. |
I was able to log in perfectly fine. So yeah, I am not sure what the issue is on your end. If I were you, I would just establish contact with someone over there.
