Any of the major sponsors will all produce. Some a little better than others. ARS has a great program. And if you do volume you can work it up to about $45 per signup with the rewards store points counted.

You can use bonus points to buy yourself goodies, content, or traffic.

TrafficCash also has bonuses and fun events.

CE has a great variety of sites and converts well.
