my neighbour is a old single man and his dog, never home.

My neighbours are lesbians. 40+ year old lesbians. Fuck, one even has a fem-mullet. I am cursed.

Your not one of those guys that sit in his window with binoculars, shades half pulled down, watching your neighbors, and slap the Cain spider are you?

I got great neighbors.

The guy likes to do all kinds of work outside, asked me if I mind if he can clean the gutters out of leaves, clear off the roof of branches that have fallen onto it, does all kinds of maintence in the yard ( they are connected). and he is totally cool as well.

Snowblows the walkway in the winter, helped me move in to here and takes the mail in if its raining if I havent gotten to it yet.

He can do just about anything else that is in the home fixing bag. He's always remodeling his house as well next to mine.

The only thing he cant do is drink beer at home, I have a stash of exotic beers, ales, bochs, and a full bar here in addition to prime 420.

Best arrangment in the world I say. If I ever move, they have to move as well.
