If a site ranked above you for scraped content how do you feel?

Does scraped content work in 2021?

I don't really worry about what others are doing. I can't control that, so pretty stupid to waste time thinking about it. :)

if my content is unique then obviously i will hate them, but internet is like that, you cant control it, so i would just work more on my site.

Unless you can scrap the 2257's and ID's then no. Just look at what's happened with PH lately - saying that you can have a ton of content but it's filler and something you customers will notice immediately so you'd better have something else unique on your site or they'll just get bored of your minimal content vs. maximum stored content elsewhere.
