Lost in translation - You attack all the time when you misunderstand English speakers - It's something we have all got used to - In this case you have not translated it correctly - 3,2,1 explode...

What??? Have you started drinking again? This is a RUSSIAN article. It's written in Russian and published in Russian media. The guys names symptoms of asymptotic COVID-19 cases.

Lost in translation my ass :1orglaugh

P.S. I don't remember when I did misunderstand English. It's a very simplified langue and it's hard to interpret it in a wrong way. For example can you write something in English which will be clear to native English speakers only, but not for anyone else, like me? You can't right? On the other hand, I can post something here which will be written in a clear Russian. Something w/o slang etc. Every Russian will get it, but not you and even Google translate will commit a suicide when you feed it my text...

You guys do it all the time - Russians misinterpret what others are saying and see it as an attack when it's not...

That article is a prime example.....

My partner's parents live in Russia. Mom knows 13 people that been diagnosed with "pneumonia". Dad knows of 4 people with the same diagnosis. And the vaccine that Russia has claimed to develop and is exporting to countries like Mexico, certainly is not available in their region of Russia.

It is available in a test mode - for volunteers only (if you are crazy enough you'll get it for free). The mass vaccination is scheduled for December/January. But... only one of thousand here would agree to get an injection. For instance I won't do it even for a huge money. Just because I don't trust it.

In Russia are they using the RT-PCR test, are the results reliable, and in RUB what is the approximate cost?

They are scheduled to arrive to the USA during the Christmas/New Year, but she is thinking to reroute them to somewhere warmer like Thailand.

I saw a graph yesterday, Russian was #1 and Poland was #2 countries where people were least likely to agree to a vaccine.

We do both tests for antibodies (immunity) and PCR. I have no idea about their reliability. The average prices in Moscow private clinics are here: https://translate.google.com/transla...u%2Fcovid19%2F

So you may do a complete test (PCR + IgA antibodies + IgG antibodies) for 5000 RUB ($65 USD). Also you can do an IgM antibodies test for 1500 RUB ($19 USD).

Thanks for sharing the information.

I'm scratching my head trying to figure out where to go for a month, that has a nice warm climate during the winter months, and that will allow foreigners to visit during the Covid pandemic.

My wife's brother lives in Moscow. He says Russia has 17 vaccines. I think he's pulling my leg.
