Generally, I prefer Coke to Pepsi, but Coke's lemon-flavored drink is worse than Pepsi's. On the other hand, the vanilla-flavored stuff is excellent. :thumbsup

Did any of you try that new Orange Mountain Dew, I bought a jug of it, had a couple of glasses and now the rest is sitting in the fridge, it's not as good as I was thinking it'd be.

haven't tried that, but there's a new power drink called 'AMP' that I'm gonna be forced to try out I think....

Yeah, I've tried a few of the variants. Here's my breakdown:

Coke: metallic taste, but good
Diet Coke: sufferable

Pepsi: extremely sweet, very burpy
Diet Pepsi: rancid (and not Out Come the Wolves Rancid)

Vanilla Coke: Pretty sweet stuff, in a good way
Diet Vanilla Coke: good alternative, but quite metallic tasting
Coke with lemon (i forget the name): absolutely gross. Couldn't finish the glass
Cherry Coke: Wayyy too sweet for my taste

Pepsi Twist: over-abundance of flavour - bad flavour
Cherry Pepsi: very sweet, but will do in a pinch

Anyway, that's my two cents.

I actually prefer pepsi twist to standard pepsi... not so damn fizzy and not so strong. :thumbsup However, if you let it get flat it ends up tasting like licqorice(sp?) water.

Yep, Coke with Lemon is way worse.

With Pepsi Twist, the lemon flavor is subtle. Coke with Lemon tastes like it's been mixed with liquid Lemon Heads. Ugh.

I think Pepsi Twist light is great, I drink it all the time.

We just started getting all these wacky flavours over here. I like Vanilla Coke but Pepsi Twist is ick. However, I do have to agree that Pepsi Blue is the worst of all the new flavours. Took one sip and threw it away.

I drink more water than I used to nowadays. I try and drink about 4 litres per day. But I do have at least one can of Irn bru!!! Yuuuuuuummy!!

Thats what happened to me, I used to drink a liter of soda everyday for years and years and it did some damage to me.

Now I drink water, iced tea and gatorade and feel much better. I miss the caffeine though and I dont like coffee.

Cherry coke is good. Only if you're using real marichino cherries, etc. And Vanilla coke is good, only when you're adding your own vanilla extract. Myself, I prefer Pepsi straight up, but I'll have a vanilla or cherry coke once in a while.
