Where does the target="_blank" tag go in order to cause all links on a single page to open in a new window?

I guess you misunderstood. I know you can put the target="_blank" tag in the link tag.

However I thought you could put it in the body tag or somewhere else and it would cause all links to open up in a new window without having to go and add that into every link tag.

Kind of a 1 shot takes care of it all thing.
