How will Spacelink's Starlink change things?
More shit traffic?
More hackers? I wonder if users will be able to be tracked.

Firt of all, go find out how it works and your question will disappear.

In the beginning it will be a whole new generation of people that did not have the Internet to begin with. We can sell all of our old, tired porn and they will think it's brand new!
Life is good.

Block all Tier-3 traffic from your sites, which you should be doing anyway.

You can receive the traffic from those satellites, but you can't send a signal to them from your mobile phone or laptop. You wifi signal won't reach them.

You have to have a dish to receive the signal and a transmitter to send the signal. It works just like HughsNet or StarBand, except that the dish is smaller, the transmitter less powerful, and the speeds are much faster because the satellites are in a much lower orbit and work together in clusters.

Not that much actually. I was paying this money for a slow telephone modem connection in 90s. Course today we are used to pay almost nothing for the internet. For example, here in Moscow a cost of an unlimited 300 Mbit connection is just 500 rubles a month. It's about $6 USD. If you pay 1400 rub (about $19 USD) a month, you receive an unlimited 300 Mbit Internet connection by cable + 2000 minutes of mobile phone talk time for up to 5 clients/numbers + free 3G and 4G mobile Internet traffic + 100+ of IPTV channels + a HDTV receiver/recorder in a free leasing to watch all these channels on your LCD panels. Don't think that developing countries do provide such a wide set of quality digital services for such a low prices.

As you can see, the prices in developing African countries are much higher than even in the USA. They (Africans) already pay up to $200 a month for the Internet access and I don't think their connection speed is as fast as mine...

Is there some specs on dish sizes and the preliminary prices for all the necessary equipment?
