Leased Content Scripts/Plug-in
 

We're preparing video, story and audio content for a mega niche site that will also be available to webmaster as a content plug-in.

I'm looking for a script or any information on doing this securely. I'd like a backend billing/signup system, monthly billing, bandwidth control and need help with permissions.

If anyone has done this or they are doing it, let me know.
