I agree. The innocent dog is abused and now is safe. The woman should be charged with animal abuse. The dog crying broke my heart.

So strange.. I was just watching a video of a black woman using her dog on a leash as a "ball and chain" to hit whitey the other day.

Yanked him up by his leash and swung him like a wrecking ball.
