which country is better for company selling memberships to adult sites ? :-)

The first country which come to my mind is The Netherlands. Everything seems to be legal there :- )

Their taxes is also quite moderate if I remember correctly.

yea, its called fly there and do it yourself....

good chance for a vacation and its a big fat write-off. plus when you do it yourself you know it got done right. :)
