www.acpay.com/ if you aren't US based are the best processors out there.

Epoch since they have a lot of features to make you more $$$, such as cancel plus, crossbilling, and ability to have join forms without CVV2 numbers.
Acpay, since out of the non-US based billers, they are the one I can see surviving new Visa rules as they are implimented.

I think it's funny that coke and pepsi spend millions on advertising against each other yet when you go to a restaurant and as for a coke and the waitress says "sorry we don't have coke is pepsi ok?" most of us just say OK :-)
