Got an issue with Apple iWatch 3

Bought it today and got a trouble..
Seems It (iWatch OS 6) doesnt support My iphone 6 (OS 12.4.8)
Trying to find out the way how to downgrade the versions of watchOS from 6 to 5

No you would have to send it in. However I am not sure that is still supported.

The real answer is to get a new phone. iPhone 6 is EOL by now.
