Popup Blocking programs
 

Is there a popup blocking programs that notifies you that a popup occured and gives you the option to open it? I need this as a webmaster who needs to check for popups, but also wishes to block them while surfing.

I think alexa toolbar does what you want...not sure though

Not at all. I already started a thread on its "bugs". They need to redefine what a popup actually is to a surfer. I am surprised that more webmasters are not concerned about this. I think we all depend on traded traffic in the manner that Alexa toolbar blocks it (by default at that) in one way or another.
