    Paxum identity verification

    Paxum appears to have introduced an automated identity verification system.

    I've tried capturing my face and using this system over 5 times, and it simply refuses to work properly. Has anyone used this system successfully?

    I've opened a ticket but I'm concerned I'm going to be stuck as a result of this. I finally received my card after 3 months, and now this.

      This seems like a pretty recent addition. Clients must now submit a document, and then using their phone, capture two photographs of their face. The system then attempts to match them. It's a terrible system -- passport/license photographs are often obscured by security/design elements.

      Edit: I now see an option for manual review if it fails.

                          i remember doing that verification so many times and it failed. Email support tell them it wont push thru and they will require you some other methods instead.

                                  Were you using a driving license? I'm attempting to use a passport. It's unclear how the comparison can even be done given the extent to which the passport photograph is covered in security features and parts of the design.

                                      Oh dear. Is this something new for EVERYONE regardless of location? I'm half afraid to look at my paxum when I eventually get a $50 payment - it takes me a while - and I'll need to withdraw straight away...

                                              Ahh well... I suppose forewarned is forearmed...

                                              Going by my current earnings, I should hopefully hit that magic $50 payout trigger sometime around Thanksgiving 2021, so I suppose that gives me time to arrange me being able to borrow a camera off of someone, so as I can take the pictures...

                                              No problem with the stool samples tough. I have a load in my pants right now, ready and waiting... And still slightly warm

                                                  Just tried a withdrawal, and I didnt get it, so it cant be absolutely everyone.

                                                  In all fairness, very quick and easy to be honest - EFT to bank account, cost like $5...
