I just got offered an opportunity to take over a whore house/ strip club on a Caribbean Island. Anyone here got any experience, pros and cons. I am actually considering it. The talent on this particular island is incredible and the girls that work this bordello are down for whatever. ie. photo shoots and movies. So I'd like to hear any stories from people with experience on that angle of this biz.

From what i've heard you have to be heavily in bed with local authorities (legit authorities or not...) and grease a lot of palms...

and I don't mean trees... :)

Hmmm. I know for a fact that bordellos are legal on this island, so there won't be much if any bribery work needed.

If it is legal then it almost certainly will need a license. And unless you are a native or are married to a native you will most likely need a local partner who will own 51% of the company. I?ll bet you should also be fluent in Spanish in order to communicate with the girls.
