The new CCBill webmaster admin area....
 

How do you do a manual add on the new ccbill stats area?
In the old one it was simple. You clicked on tools > members > manual add. This one I cannot seem to find out how to do it.....

Any help is appreciated

glad you found it. If you do it often enough, you should be able to add a 'quicklink' for that section, to be able to access it quicker

ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CHECK THE DIALER STATS? I GET CONFLICTING INFO SO FAR

I never got it to work for me, i donwloaded that java thing, and it completely messed up everything, probably because of my fire wall

I am gonna uninstall it, but there is no simple uninstall button

for now all of my java windows are big grey boxes with an x in the corner

although if it stops pop ups when it's not working properly... it could be a bonus :winkwink:

are you sure that you have the latest version of java?

installing that seems to solve most of the issues, there is also an HTML version as well that you can use

Yeah... when I logged in, I downloaded the latest version from the sun, site, which was the link ccbill displayed before switching over to the new admin section

I am pretty sure that it's related to my firewall tho, unfortunately there is no unistall link on the desktop, maybe I'll go into the folders and look for a readme
