Prior to moving to e-commerce, I had nearly 17 years in hospitality (restaurants and hotels).

Like porn, there is a niche in food and dining experiences. Two simply pieces of advice:

- identify your audience/guest and market to them
- prepare to change the theme, as the novelty gets old, your repeat clientele will taper off after a couple of visits
