I don't understand. Maybe found some leaked data or a vuln, but cam4 plugged the hole.

I doubt they log access to the data that well, that they can be 100% sure nobody used the exploit

cam4 is the worse webcam paltaform

Somebody on shodan found an elastic search database with 7 terabytes of data.

Looks like cam4 fixed it, But they probably have no idea if the data was compromised.

I think it wasn't compromised, or else the data would have been erased and ransom note left.

Hardly news anymore. Didn't this happen Monday?
