I would definitely recommend the toolbar install (it pays $0.15) through an exit popup of Gamma , it works with any straight/gay/tranny niche, and I have 1:15 conversions of surfers clicking Yes from the total number seeing the popup.
Also the mailers of Freepassbucks and CECash , or hosted photo or movie galleries of Adult Platinum - $40/trial could work with good
results.
