I've been working with a very cool service that's now entering the adult marketplace.

GetAdultEmails is an Email-Based retargeting service that allows adult site marketers to retarget site visitors via email.

Essentially, we can automatically capture fully opted-in email addresses of those that visit your site without any subscribe or sign up form. Not only do they have their email, but the full name and address including zip code, when they opted in, and what pages they hit on your site. The database that we have (500 million bits of contact info) is ALREADY opted-in to receive your marketing emails. On average, we can identify (via cookies) 35% of the U.S. visitors to your site, and provide you with not only an email address, but name, address, and zip code.

So, with just a snippet of code we can show you the contact info of visitors who have already expressed an interest in your product or service (because they've been on your site). There is no sign up form, or submit needed. That's where the power of this system comes in.

Not true. It fall under "harvested email" since you cannot guarantee that the user you have previously identified, is indeed the one you now send an email, because your identification is based on a PROFILE rather than an audit-able user-validation process..

The law makes clear that even if you hire another company to handle your email marketing, you can’t contract away your legal responsibility to comply with the law. Both the company whose product is promoted in the message and the company that actually sends the message may be held legally responsible.
