Just snagged me a Canon 10D!
 

Finally got this baby today after searching for weeks for anyone who had it in stock. I swear this camera is harder to find than WMDs. And of all places i find it at a local Circuit City store for $1499+tax. This camera kicks serious ass btw.

Im a Nikon user.. but that is one excellent camera.. specially for the price.. ;) good buy!

Then again, the D60 was perpetually on back order (except on eBay :)

The vertical grip/battery pack is a required accessory, especially if you use the larger zoom lenses.

Will the D60s come down in price at all? I've been trying to find one (body) for under 1 G.. nigga don't have that kinda flow, but if I had the camera I could start photographing some fly bitches.

But it's not that hard to find. We order it at our local store. It took 2 days. We got it below MSRP. In fact, we get a really good deal on it. :thumbsup

The D60 will probably will be cheaper now, but it's discontinued so you may only be able to find it on a few select sites and on Ebay.

I have gotten me a 10D back in March when it came out. Due to the success of the D60 the 10D was a hot sale from the beginning. It is really unsurpassed in price/performance.

I have been shooting over 5000 pictures with it already and it is simply amazing the longer I am using it.
