Not really dead, just the screenname is since I am no longer over at Matrix Content. I?ve joined the team over here at MaxHardcore to assist Shawn and the team with re-designing the tours (new & custom) plus the members area for even better signups and retention rates.

if he's found guilty this time what is your advice regarding running his plugin in your members area?

I know I was just saying you could have played it off .

They are retrying him for the same charge he received over two years ago. When he was in court for this last year the case was dropped due to a hung jury. It will be over shortly and there are no worries what so ever on this case!

As far as his plug in is concerned go buy it now! Help your retention!

This court case has nothing to do with the web side of the industry, it really does not deal with the video side much either. It has to deal with a video being sold in certain areas of the country that may find the content obscene. It?s impossible to deem what is obscene and what is not on a specific area of the country.

Not sure that this is such great advice in the first place. You have been here since February of 2001 and have 2400+ posts, yet I can honestly say that I do not recall EVER seeing you here before. For all I know, we have done a shitload of business or perhaps been in a few board battles but the fact is that your name is boring and not very unforgettable.
