What did they write? They might have just told you to stay safe, which makes perfect sense.
We haven't mailed any of our customers anything yet but I hope they know that we care about them and worry about their health. Frankly, few are more interested in your wellbeing and the growth of your digital business than your host, because the more you grow, the more you pay your host for bandwidth/storage/CPU power... so there's that.

I was wondering if we needed to prep a special mailer about COVID to our customers... I concluded that it's likely they have too many notifications about it anyway, and there's not much else we can say other than that we're staying safe, and keeping their servers safe, and expect no service interruptions of any kind.
