CCBILL affiliate reporting down?
 

I just got off the phone with ccbill because my stats stopped showing any further hits since some time early afternoon on May 9th. The guy on the phone didn't have an answer and said to call in the morning. He also said that I was the 4th one who called about the same problem tonight.
Anyone else?

I can't be the only one that has an affiliate account with a ccbill site.

I haven't seen that problem yet, but everything has been a mess since System5 went up. I am getting all sorts of complaints that people can't get into my sites, and support on it has been spotty.

Mine isn't just from the last day - according to the affiliate system, I haven't had any sales all YEAR.
Didn't bother to check last year - I was laughing too hard at that point.

Fuckered for me too ... nothing showing in stats so far today.

Thought it was on the low-side for the last day or two also .. hrmm...

It's been down all day, and I have lost some serious coin. Don't tell me CCBill is gonna start fucking up now aswell. They were almost the last good processor left.

c'mon kidds ccbill have been GREAT in past, cut them some slack. It would be nice to hear from one of the ccbill reps however, especialy if sales are infact being recorded ; (

CCbill released great system that will make more money to all of you.. from what I see in my admin there is no signup missed so I guess its only affilates problem in that case you will see it as well as soon as they fix it ..

Same thing happened to us about 3 weeks ago. CCBill is changing over it's webmasters in about 7 batches and we were in the first. It took our programmers and CCBill's about 3 weeks to get the stats programs to talk to each other and this past weekend it worked.

According to CCBill all our affiliates were paid for signups although it was difficult to see them.
