Should poor people steal?

I've been rich, and I've been poor (and now I want to make a song about that, but I won't.) And I don't think anyone should steal. Unless cigarettes are involved. If you're a nicotine addict, and you can't afford cigarettes, it's okay for you to steal. You should ask, first, but if another nicotine addict says "no", he's a loser, and you should feel happy about stealing from him. (Or her. I don't want to be sexist here.)

Otherwise you can get what you need out of dumpsters. Nobody throws out leftover cigarettes; that's why it's different.

Dick Cheney's buddies at Halliburton just got $50 Million to put out a couple oil well fires in Iraq.

Now I watched the show from start to finish and I don't recall seeing more than what 3 or 4 oil well fires.

I want to hear anyone who is an expert on this explain how it costs $10 million to put out a fire on an oil well. I saw one clip and it showed 4 men standing behind a metal firewall spraying the well head with water from a regular fire hose.
