Columbia House DVD Club... Problem Solved!!!

Ok so here is how it all went down. I called my CC company two months in a row and reversed the charges... No problem. Went on Columbia House's web site and wrote them and email to cancel the account. Finally I get a letter from them that says that my account is cancelled and that I owe nothing. A few days later I get another letter that states that they never got their movie back so they want me to pay them 35 bucks for the movie. Will the supplied a nice little number on that mailing that I called. Trick here is there is really only one way to talk to someone. You have to follow their number tree and go the route of paying off a collections account and that will finally get you to someone. I got a hold of Peter. A very nice young man that took care of everything and wiped me off their mailing list and cleaned all charges from my account. Pain in the ass factor 10.

So for anyone who is or has had problems with this here is that number... 812.242.7913

If you need more help please feel free to contact me at any time.

You know, you can mail them and tell them to stop sending you CD's or DVD's unless you specifically order them.

My old man sent several letters saying he wanted to cancel, and then he kept writting "return to sender" on the movies they sent him for about a year and they finally cancelled his account.

It's obvious that anything overly advertised is either a scam or has bad service-- 90% of the time.

Reminds me of those gullible people signing up daily for the Don Lapre money-making scheme.

What is in the package? "Sell my moneymaking package to fuckin dumbass people that you buy from me and sell thru tiny classified ads?"
