Why Aint It Working
 

hi all;

we are new to the business, we have created some galleries, even a few with our own content

we got listed on the hun the other day, brought us 250,000 hits, but not a single sale. I realize things take time, I would have been happy without a sale, but the numbers suck

out of those 250,000 we got 600 clicks to our sponsor

we have paid hosting, original content, whats wrong

here is a gallery we made.....perhaps some of you seasoned webmasters can help us with whats wrong

isn't 600 click thrus for 250,000 hits a little shitty??

I know how you feel. Home made galleries, free hosted,alleged top converters, my own content and very rarely any sales.
What to do?

The content is not inspiring at all.

Just my :2 cents:

I have sent a fair amount of traffic to taylor little and never had a sale. It rocks for some others though I know. It comes down to where the traffic is from for sure.

I make a pretty good living from this business and I don't do it with galleries........

If you are new to this, think strongly about the gallery approach to traffic. Lots of money gets made by hosting companies, traffic sellers, content providers and designers. When you are starting it can be tough to make a buck as a submitter.


Oh yeah. As for the content not being inspiring. I think the photography is not at all inspiring. Fix that. I looked at your site. Autumn is pretty sexy.
