I got my gallery accepted, but it's linked to the join page. And from what i know I change 1 single letter and I go on the shitlist.

Send him an e-mail to notify him you are changing the gallery slightly because of the linking codes. I am sure he will understand the hun is a cool guy. :)

I changed the link, and added some invisible text to keep the file size same just in case and mailed him.. hope it works.. lol

No one has ever been blacklisted for fixing a problem. As long as links don't go to console traps or other entrapping programs you have no problem at all. Adding text to keep the filesize the same does make look things supicious. Part from that, the filesize might be the same, but the checksum for that page isn't. Links are altered. That is detected by the bot...

But like I said, you fixed a problem, that's never a reason to get blacklisted
