FB reactor bot

Anyone know of a bot I can set up and forget - basically, set it up to "wake up" a few hours a day and just REACT - no commenting, no link spamming, no shenanigans, just REACT to certain posts of certain people I specify?

Does this tool exist?

Wouldn't be too hard to create as always with Facebook the main issue is creating bulk numbers of accounts

The accounts are no problem... How much would this bot cost?

Basically, I need it to scrape the people active in certain groups/pages

Then go to their wall and just react
