WASHINGTON, May 7 (UPI) -- Analysts at key think tanks in Washington say the U.S. foreign policy community is actively debating what steps should be taken to promote liberalization and regime change in Iran following the Iraq war.

There's a think tank for anything. In 1948 the geniuses at RAND came up with this plan. Blackmail the Russians into not developing the bomb. Hell, RAND's Von Neumann said the best strategy was to bomb Moscow immediately and become the dominant world power before they develop the bomb.

The Middle East will never be the same with the impact the US has just made on it. It might not be tomorrow and it might not be in the next few years. But the seeds of progress, liberty, and justice for all have been planted and will eventually blossom one day.
