That is frequent requirement on many networks. It is done in order to mitigate fraud.

Yes i know.
However i can't see any reason for that request, until the first payout request was made.
Even then it would be possible to switch the account to revshare or to close it.

As far i know, every network which had such requirement, they would ask for it during registration process, not after first payout.

Anyway, I can not see any sense of that in a PPS or Revshare program.
