We experience failure of one server in the network so the nats scripts are not available. Working hard to return it online. Sorry for inconveniences.

Then that means joins aren't being tracked. Will webmasters be compensated on a pro-rata basis, based on past performance?

Join pages are offline as they are provided by nats, nothing to be tracked.

I get that there's no current tracking, which is why I suggested paying pro-rata based on past performance. If your server outage is 3 days and a webmaster has been consistently generating 10 joins / month, you could credit them for a sale to show some goodwill.
