Support sucks, mostly because it's slow as hell.
A friend of mine uses them though, and seems to be happy so far except for the slow support.

When I went to sign up for a virtual account it wants to charge me first month and last month at the same time....no other host has done this...whats with that?

yeah i noticed that probably a safe guard so you dont bail the first month and waste their time i guess

yeah it seems like everyong is of the opinion that their support does indeed blow

however, im only looking into a v-host with them so support issues shouldnt be a big issue

I was going to sign up for a month to test them out but closed the form when i saw this.
