So to clarify once more - i unbanned juicy because of popular demand, as there was unbans of perma banned users before in GFY history, however it seems he didn't took that opportunity properly.
I was not aware how previous administration attached moderator right to his nick, since modcp does not show info what kind of rights each user have. So he violated harassment rule by harassing spunky, and also used moderator tools without authority to do so.
Therefore, i conclude how it's better to leave Juicy D. Links nick in history.

I banned him once because he went nuts and had over 50 threads started. Erased them, Lensman came in, got the story and unbanned him.
Only problem I've ever known him to cause.
