    Would you rather see a real ghost or a real space alien?

    Hypothetically thinking.

    If I met an alien it would be cool, but understandable because I believe there is life out there in infinity.

    If I met a ghost, even a bad one, it would show an after life which I don't believe in,

    so I rather see a ghost.

                                          Ghost obviously, for the same reason stated by OP. A ghost would prove that there is an afterlife, in which case, it means we have a chance to live forever in some form!

                                          An alien would be much cooler to meet, and I'd love to find intelligent live out there, but it still means I'll keep growing older and die in the blink of a cosmic eye.
