now, instead of chatting with 25k of fans that weren´t paying, giving free content and spending hours on social media, now, we spend hours on our 1000´s of paying fans on manyvids, onlyfans & of course my own official site...
a better idea, oh yes, i´d say so :thumbsup

This is true. I remember when I first got involved with LAC (A real life swingers club) in the states, the owner would spend hour upon hour talking with and providing content for a yahoo group that someone had set up in his clubs name.
I asked him why he did this, and he kept saying, 'Look at the numbers! Look how many members are in my group! Look how many people enjoy looking at the pics I post ! Look how any new members are joining each day ! Its fantastic!"
Once he had stopped enthusing over his super duper large yahoo group (That again, wasn't actually his group - He wasn't even the admin) I pointed out to him that he was wasting his time.
I explained to him that his club was a physical real life place, that was located in LA. His money was being made by people actually paying to walk through his doors and enjoy spending time in the club itself... And he agreed with me, looking at me like I was stupid or something...
I then went on to point out that having 100s of people in India raving over some dirty pictures he posted, wasn't gonna earn him a single penny. Even people in the UK were useless, or basically if they were located anywhere other than within a couple of hundred miles of the club itself !
Any further away, the chances of them visiting were slim to none, and that those people who were REALLY into the scene, but lived further away, possible would come visit at some point, but he sure wasn't gonna find them via this yahoo club...
I found him a lot of other places to 'promote' the club that were promoting to people a lot closer to LA and those who were within LA itself... Sure the huge audience wasn't the same as the yahoo group, but awareness of the club went up tenfold as did numbers thru the door...
Anyway, point is, wasting your time trying to please the people who will never buy is a fruitless exercise. Giving the extra attention to those who HAVE paid, is the way to a much more financially rewarding outcome.
