So a guy selling Youtube views from a click farm is screaming fraud. Sounds legit.

That is correct, if user ENVK is unable to post valid proof in next 24 hours, then i have no choice but to issue 1 month ban.

Even if you aren't comfortable posting proof, can you at least provide more clear details on what exactly was going on, since fraud is a very general allegation?
