Is there a name for this phenomenon so I can learn more about it?

Before I start, I'm NOT talking about 'The Mandela Effect' but its kinda similar...

I find myself watching stuff on TV thats brand new - Like just been released - Never been shown before. Its original stuff like 'Euphoria' and something in the UK called 'The Virtues'...

What's happening is that I'm positive that I've seen parts of them before. For example the final 'musical scene' in Euphoria. Not only do I feel I've watched it before, but I can remember watching it in a certain place I lived many years ago. I can remember clearly sitting in my old office in San Diego, watching it on an old cathode ray TV that I'd rigged up to a 'Directv' satellite system... As clear as I can remember watching it last night on a 46inch 4K LG in my room, here in the UK...

With "The Virtues' the pivotal scene where he confronts his childhood attacker who is now a bed bound invalid, I felt positive I watched that scene before, with the same actors, filmed in the same way, on the same set, a few years ago... But I had never seen it before - It was brand new!

Another example would be 'My Name Is Earl' - I can remember watching them when they were first shown in the UK back in about 1999/2000 when I lived at my old house. I can remember sitting on my old sofa, watching them with my wife, but when you look up the actual release dates, My Name Is Earl wasn't even shown in the states until September 2005 and not in the UK until after that ! Yet I can remember watching it back at the old house that I sold well before 2005 - Well before 2005... And I could never have watched it with my wife as we had divorced by September 05 and gone our own ways... Therefore an impossible memory...

I keep getting this more and more - Any ideas why or what its called? Other than 'mental illness' (Which it may well be) but that isn't exactly helpful to me LOL

EDITED TO ADD thats its NOT Deja Vu either. Again, kinda similar, but MUCH MORE SPECIFIC that a vague feeling that I've 'seen it before'

I initially didmissed this (as I edited to add in my OP) but looking at the entry on wikipedia it says:

          Medical disorders

Déjà vu is most strongly associated with temporal lobe epilepsy.[19][20][21]This experience is a neurological anomaly related to epileptic electrical discharge in the brain, creating a strong sensation that an event or experience currently being experienced has already been experienced in the past. Certain forms of the gene are associated with a mild form of epilepsy and, though by no means a certainty, déjà vu, along with jamais vu, occurs often enough during seizures (such as simple partial seizures) that researchers have reason to suspect a link.[26]
So I guess it could well be a symptom of something medical. That I'm now enjoying epileptic sezuires but am not aware of having them... Wouldn't surprise me tbh. I have so much wrong with me atm, I'm surprised I still wake up each morning !

So if it IS medical, that would explain why what I'm feeling is SO DETAILED and SO REAL... Another one to bring up with the Doctor on my next visit... I dunno... SMH... FML...

I often use that phrase - just another glitch in the matrix.

Usually when something random happens several times in a row and I say to myself, "The odds of that happening several times is way too high to be coincidental."

Indeed is a glitch because the memory is being made at the same time your having the actual experience . . .

It feels like time travel when it happens. Perhaps try some gambling.

Oh yes, thanks a bunch... It just gets worse and worse!

One of the most important ones is what is called clinically mentally deranged.
So I've now gone from having possible epileptic seizures to being called clinically mentally deranged - Charming !

It reminds me of this meme that appereadon my FB feed the other day....

It's quite possible your house is on a dimensional intersect point and what you are seeing is a reflection of the past or of the future. Some scientist no longer believe in just 4 dimensions and as a boson particle requires at least 26 dimensions for their vibrational patterns it's looking more likely that the multiverse actually exists. Hence there could be multiple versions of you crossing over at that intersection point ? Just imagine taking a dump 26 times a day ?
