i got two boxes with them , no probs with network or support. Only prob is with my patience ie: i send in aticket and email them 5 min later saying "you done yet" lol Hit up CM NEt

I got a box with em, very good so far except for their support, its way to long, takes about 3 days to answer an email ticket, icq support is not available.

MMMmmm... I didnt know that, my sales rep Mark told me that they dont like to give out their icq and I had to email support if I wanted it.

I wasn't all too impressed with some shit that happened on GFY, and my setup was .. painful.. But they have good service.

you shouldnt let one mistake by arep influence you overall attitude about the company in general

nat net is #1 for uptime and tech support..

I'd go with natnet, but candid is still good

I said their service was good, thus I must have looked passed the fact they employ some real assholes :D
