I'm sorry to hear that. I lost a friend at 14 to a drunk driver. While it's not nearly as bad as losing a parent, I understand that feeling of them just suddenly being gone that rips you apart. I hope you have been able to find peace with it.

I appreciate that from all you guys. The sadder part was that it was his 3rd fatality that he caused while driving drunk. Previously, he killed a mother and her 2 kids. Before that, another driver. He was only sentenced to 5 years for vehicular manslaughter and if I recall correctly, served only 2 before being released.

Why did Squealers mom put the baby in the freezer?

Why didn't she bury it or cremate it?

The lack of accountablilty only makes it worse.

The friend I lost was on his way home from a movie with his brother, his brother's girlfriend, and another friend. A drunk hit them, the car caught fire and the only survivor was the brother's girlfriend (she was seriously injured). To make it worse, the boys' dad was a firefighter and was one of the first responders on the scene.

At least the guy that caused the accident got more seriously punished. He was sentenced to 20 years. I'm not sure how much he actually served.

I can't imagine that experience ... Seeing your child like that. Thats quite literally the worst thing a person could experience.

I agree about the leniency. Back then it was almost a joke to drive drunk. I remember them .along laws after taking licenses away for one year then three and then ten and thinking how stupid that is as it only takes once to really destroy a lot of lives.

I just read that it was his sister. I’m thinking that the baby died at birth and sadness and sense of loss made her mother save the body.

Or she was nuts is another theory. Why keep it where your kid can find it and have nightmares for life.

I can’t see why he’s snitching on his mom. Bury the corpse and bury the story. No good thing can come out of this.
